The Diaconia Christi Internationalis Foundation is promoting active solidarity worldwide in close cooperation with the International Diaconate Centre and with local deacons.
Promoting active solidarity
Since 2002 the Diaconia Christi Internationalis Foundation has been promoting active solidarity for the good of underprivileged people. In close cooperation with the International Diaconate Centre (IDC) and with local deacons, Projects are supported worldwide – health prevention in the Slums of Mumbai as well as Support for individuals in danger of addiction or for addicts in Hungary and Germany. Theological and social Projects learning processes are initiated. International Networking is strengthened. The work of the International Diaconate Centre is promoted.
Diaconia Christi Internationalis Is a Church-based foundation under the public law, with legal capacity, established in Rottenburg am Neckar. Its founder is the Diocesan Bishop of Rottenburg-Stuttgart, Dr. Gebhard Fürst.
